Property Owner Account
Setting up your account is easy and free. Simply complete the registration page, select a username and password and EasyFlat.cz will send you an email with a link to activate your account. Once your account is set up you may start adding property listings. Each listing will have it's own unique ID number. Through your account you will have the ability to edit your listings anytime during the valid listing period (see pricing chart below). You can also deactivate your listing once the property is rented. You do not need to delete the listing to remove it from the search results. Your listings will always be saved in your account, so you only need to complete the add listing form one time for each property.
In most Prague rental transactions there are typically four parties involved:
1. Owner/Landlord
2. Listing Agency (hired by owner or landlord)
3. Tentant's Agency (representing the prospective tenant)
4. Tenants
Whew. That's a lot of people involved for something that should be quite simple and effortless. Often agents serve as little more that people who turn keys and open doors. They usually know very little about the property they are "showing" and with the owner present, the owner or landlord ends up doing all the real work since they know the property better than anyone.

Having a contract between owner and tenant is important. It allows you to outline the terms of their tenancy in writing and can provide legal security in case something goes wrong, or the contract is not being upheld.
